All our products are tested and where necessary serviced by an authorised Bang & Olufsen service engineer. All Timeless AV products benefit from a three month return for inspection and repair warranty providing the product firstly has not suffered any damage whilst in your cares secondly is returned in the original packaging and thirdly is not purchased by a B&O reseller.
